Open Access Publishing Agreements with No Author Costs for The Ohio State University (Research Commons Webinar)

Authors can publish Open Access journal articles at no cost to them under the agreements University Libraries has with several major publishers. Join us to learn more about our Open Access agreements with Taylor & Francis, PLOS, and the Royal Society and what they mean for you and your scholarship. We will provide an overview of each publisher agreement, the benefits of each for you as an author, and answer questions you may have about Open Access publishing. Visit the University Libraries website for more information.

Who: Ohio State faculty, staff, postdoc and graduate student researchers

Where: Online via Zoom

Introduction to Co-Authorship Workshop (with Zoom Option)

Unpublished research is research not done! Come learn how to navigate research co-authorship and co-authoring across disciplines at this event. You will be able to hear from graduate and faculty experts who will provide their insights and share their experiences co-authoring papers within an interdisciplinary context. You won’t want to miss this! The first 30 minutes will be a presentation of approaches and strategies for co-authorship. The second 30 minutes will be a workshop during which our team members will help you hone and develop your co-authored publication, so bring your work with you!

 

Location: Research Commons Room 352 or Zoom
