Over the last eight years, nearly 200 Ohio State researchers have written about their research for The Conversation – and their articles have been read nearly 14 million times and been republished in outlets like The Washington Post, Popular Science and CNN. All faculty members, PhD students and postdoc interested in reaching The Conversation’s international audience, are invited to an online session specifically for the Ohio State community on Nov. 17.

TOME@Ohio State Publishing Grants for Open Access Digital Monographs in the Humanities and Humanistic Social Sciences (Virtual Event)
Are you a faculty member publishing a monograph with a university press? The Ohio State University Libraries is funding the publication of Open Access digital editions of university press monographs by Ohio State faculty to advance the wide dissemination of humanities and humanistic social science scholarship. Awards of up to $15,000 each will be provided as subventions to participating university presses. The next deadline for expressions of interest is October 14, 2022. Introduction to Co-Authorship Workshop (with Zoom Option)
Unpublished research is research not done! Come learn how to navigate research co-authorship and co-authoring across disciplines at this event. You will be able to hear from graduate and faculty experts who will provide their insights and share their experiences co-authoring papers within an interdisciplinary context. You won’t want to miss this! The first 30 minutes will be a presentation of approaches and strategies for co-authorship. The second 30 minutes will be a workshop during which our team members will help you hone and develop your co-authored publication, so bring your work with you!
